  ABOUT US

Consultative

With a truly consultative approach, we tailor bespoke solutions to mitigate the risks that your business faces, helping to create a risk transfer mechanism so that you can concentrate on your business and leave the insurable risks to us.

The more certainty you have about the risks you can't control, the quicker you can recover if disaster strikes.  If you'd like to give more certainty to your insurance arrangements then please get in contact and consult us as part of your annual insurance review.

Independent

We believe that to represent your interests without bias we need to be free!

Free from a preferred panel of insurers, so there is no influence over our choice of provider

Free from insurer and broker relationships with shareholdings in their respective businesses

Free from sales targets, so we can represent you without the internal pressures that may sway advice in a particular direction.

Professional

We adhere to the Chartered Insurance Institute's Standards, Professionalism and Trust in providing the most appropriate solutions whilst adding value to your business.

You have the benefit of working side by side with an Insurance Professional who has attained the competency status of an Associate of The Chartered Insurance Institute and who commits to high standards and continuous professional development to earn the status of Chartered Insurance Broker.

Our Promise of Service

We are the Professional Insurance Adviser and partner to your business, complementing your Accountant, Financial Adviser and Solicitor. We are on your team, on your side and we have your back when you need us the most.

Our favoured way of working is face to face, though we can be flexible if you have another preference and we are also experienced working with clients over the telephone, Skype or Zoom etc.  We do not believe in telephone only customer call centres.

Your Insurance Consultant is your advocate in your 'moment of truth'.  We believe that the person who knows your business is best placed to represent you if you have to make that dreaded call to report a claim, so no centralised claims department. Would you choose to have it any other way?
